Contact Improvisation Workshop with Amelia Jacobs

In this series we will focus on learning how to allow our innate, intuitive, creative bodies to unfold. Sourcing from our own sense of self as well as collaboration with others, these classes will hold space for awkwardness, play, and curiosity. We'll draw on contact improvisation as well as practices like writing, drawing, and voice to help in this exploration. All are welcome! All that is required is a sense of openness, some experience of movement in the body, and a desire to feel more connected with oneself and others.
